These bags are manufactured with layering and coextruded material, with high and medium barrier characteristics. They can be transparent or printed with up to 8 colors. It is also possible to pack frozen and/or vacuum sealed products. They have broad 8mm seals per side on 2 or 3 sides of the bag. We use pigmented, transparent, metalized and other resins such as PEBD – CLEAR FILM BOPP – MATT BOPP – METALIZED BOPP – METALIZED OR CLEAR PET – BOPA – FOIL – CPP CAST – etc.
The advantages of the retortable package, compared to the normal can, are:
- INEXPENSIVE PACKAGING.
- WELL PRESENTED.
- It saves storage space.
- Longer and safer shelf life of the product because it does not suffer from dents or from chemical contamination due to its contact with the food.
- The transport is cheaper because the retortable packages are lighter.
- They have less volume, so the space on the shelves can be better used.
- Package with a better visual and graphic image.
